Our Products

Do your products contain MSG or preservatives?

We only use real, non-GMO ingredients in our products for the best flavor. Our products are fresh frozen and do not include MSG, preservatives or additives.

Should I keep your products frozen?

All Saiga Foods products are sold frozen because we use temperature, not processing techniques, to keep our products fresh. We never use any preservatives, additives or hard-to-pronounce ingredients. Because of this, please keep our products frozen until consumption. Do not defrost or keep our products in the refrigerator - our products are made to heat and serve directly from the freezer.

Are your bowls microwave safe?

All of our bowls are BPA-free and microwave safe. The bowl can be heated per the instructions on the bowl’s sleeve. The wine glass and fork image on the bottom of the cup is the international symbol for "food safe" -- meaning all the materials used in the product are safe for food contact.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life is indicated by the “Best by” or “Sell by” sticker placed on the products. The “Best by” or “Sell by” date is six (6) months from the date of manufacture. Our products should be kept frozen and consumed by the sticker date to ensure best quality.

Refund Policy

We are happy to offer credit or a refund for items that are damaged during shipping. If your product arrived damaged, please Contact Us with the following information: order number, damaged product item description, condition of damaged product upon arrival and photo, date and time package was received. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for our perishable food products or offer refunds based on personal taste.
