Fried rice was originally invented as a way of using up leftovers. Originating from China, fried rice has evolved into multiple variations that exist today and is a kitchen staple for every Asian household. One key secret to the success of fried rice? Leftover rice - which contributes to the desired texture of fried rice.

Our version is inspired by the classic Chinese fried rice. To make it healthier, we oven-bake our rice. Unlike the traditional wok method, baking avoids extreme high heat and requires less oil to create the final product.


 
 

INGREDIENTS

Cooked rice, chicken, egg, cabbage, butter, green onion, canola oil, garlic, soy sauce, mushroom powder, sugar, sea salt, white pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. REMOVE FILM - Peel and remove film.

  2. MICROWAVE - Cover bowl with a moist paper towel (Please do not skip! This step ensures the best texture). Microwave for 3-4 minutes.

  3. MIX WELL & EAT - Let stand for 1 minute. Mix well for best results.
