ALL THE GOOD STUFF IN EVERY BOWL

MORE THAN JUST PICKLED VEGETABLES.

Kimchi is a Korean dish that originated over 3,000 years ago. The tradition of making kimchi started as a way to ferment and store vegetables during the cold winter when many Koreans died of starvation. Nowadays, kimchi is served with almost every meal in South-Korea.

TRADITIONAL FLAVORS. MODERN TASTE.

Our kimchi is made by hand-cutting strips of cabbage, carrots and mixing them in small batches to achieve the optimal fermentation and balanced flavors. To make the final dish healthier, we oven-bake our rice. Unlike the traditional wok method, baking avoids extreme high heat and requires less oil to create the final product.
